Your jewelry is fully insured while in our care. We treat every piece as if it were our own, following strict quality control procedures. In the extremely rare event of damage, we’re covered by comprehensive insurance and will work to make it right.
Do you repair vintage and antique jewelry?
Yes! We specialize in heirloom and antique jewelry restoration. Our master craftsmen have decades of experience carefully restoring delicate vintage pieces while preserving their historical and sentimental value. We use period-appropriate techniques when necessary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. For large repairs, we can discuss payment plan options. All estimates are free—there’s no obligation until you approve the final quote.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Absolutely. All repairs come with a lifetime warranty for craftsmanship. If the same repair issue occurs within a reasonable period, we’ll re-do the work at no charge. We also offer free maintenance care for the lifetime of your piece.
Can you resize any ring?
We can resize most rings, including white gold, yellow gold, platinum, and silver. Rings with certain stone settings may have limitations. We’ll evaluate your ring during the free consultation and let you know if resizing is possible and what the best approach is.
