At Camillo’s Fine Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy outlines how you can return or exchange items.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear

  • In original packaging (jewelry box, certificates, tags)

  • Returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or bespoke jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Resized items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Used or damaged jewelry


3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at camillos@consolidated.net with your order number.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process either an exchange or refund as appropriate.

Important: Do not ship items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Shipping Your Return or Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend insured shipping with tracking (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Camillo’s is not responsible for lost or uninsured return packages.


5. Exchanges

Eligible items can be exchanged for:

  • A different size (if available)

  • A different product of equal or greater value

Process:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Ship the original item following our return instructions.

  3. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement product or apply store credit toward another purchase.


6. Refunds

For returns (not exchanges):

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Free shipping promotions may be deducted from the refund

  • Refunds cannot be issued to alternate accounts or payment methods


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Defective

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to expedite the process.
We will:

  • Replace the item

  • Or issue a refund

  • Or repair the item at no additional cost


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card provider for pending transactions

  2. Contact us at camillos@consolidated.net for assistance


10. International Returns & Exchanges

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Customs fees

  • Duties and taxes

We do not refund customs or import fees.
