Lifetime Warranty Policy — Camillo’s Fine Jewelry

At Camillo’s Fine Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To provide peace of mind, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from Camillo’s.


1. Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal wear, including:

  • Loose or broken settings

  • Defective clasps, chains, or links

  • Stone retention failures due to craftsmanship

  • Metalwork flaws (e.g., soldering, bending not caused by misuse)

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, patina, or polishing needs)

  • Loss or theft of jewelry

  • Damage caused by improper resizing by third parties

  • Jewelry purchased from unauthorized resellers


2. Eligibility

  • Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Camillo’s Fine Jewelry or our official website.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required.

  • Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.


3. Warranty Services

If your jewelry qualifies under the Lifetime Warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair or replace defective items

  • Restore your jewelry to its original condition

  • Provide a credit toward replacement if repair is not possible

Important: Lifetime Warranty services do not include complimentary shipping for returns. Shipping costs to Camillo’s are the responsibility of the customer.


4. How to Request Warranty Service

To submit a Lifetime Warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at camillos@consolidated.net or via our website contact form.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. If requested, send photos of the jewelry for preliminary assessment.

  4. Ship the item securely with tracking and insurance to Camillo’s Fine Jewelry (address provided after claim approval).

Our team will inspect the jewelry and respond with a repair or replacement plan.


5. Limitations

  • Repairs under Lifetime Warranty may take 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity.

  • Lifetime Warranty does not cover items repaired or altered by unauthorized parties.

  • Cosmetic repairs (polishing, cleaning, resizing, rhodium plating) may be offered for a fee, even for warranty-eligible items.


6. Additional Notes

  • Lifetime Warranty is intended to protect your investment and ensure long-term enjoyment of your jewelry.

  • It complements, but does not replace, any legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Lifetime Warranty Policy at any time.
